Returns & Refunds

Original Paintings:  I want you to be delighted with your painting purchase.  If you have any issue at all with your purchase, please contact me by email within 3 working days of receiving your item. Email to kathynettlesart@gmail.com

I offer a 7 day return policy on an original painting, where the item must be returned in the same condition you received it with receipt or proof of purchase.

Prints: As your prints are made to order, I do not accept returns.  However, if something is damaged in transit, please let me know as soon as possible as prints are insured and tracked.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, eg custom products (such as special orders, bespoke size/frame options or personalised items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale or discounted items or gift cards.

Shipping

Original Paintings:

Original paintings are sent a separate shipping invoice after purchase to get the most up-to-date shipping cost for you. You can request an estimate before purchase by sending an email stating which original painting you are interested in (so I know the size and weight) and your full address to kathynettlesar@gmail.com   

Once the shipping invoice has been paid the painting is packed and we aim for it to be shipped within 5 working days of your order having been received.  Your confirmation email will be followed by a tracking number.

Orders within the UK are usually shipped using Parcelforce. As a general guide, prices of shipping within the UK cost around £30-£35 for small to medium paintings or prints.  Larger originals and larger framed prints are transported in the UK via professional art transport companies and cost around £75 - £100.

PRINTS:

Unframed prints - please allow 5-7 working days for shipping as your print is hand made to order.

Framed prints - please allow 10-14 working days for your print to be handmade and sent to our framers for finishing.

Once your order has been processed, you will receive a shipment notification email with an estimated delivery date.
